Tricounty Area Local now offers a Chat Bot to help members quickly connect with their union. This feature allows members to ask general questions, request assistance, and be guided to the appropriate Area Local steward or union resource.
The Chat Bot is designed to improve communication by helping collect basic information and directing your inquiry to the correct union representative. When necessary, a steward will follow up directly to provide further assistance.
Important Notice:
The Chat Bot is a support and communication tool only. It does not replace a member’s right to request union time from USPS management while on the clock, nor does it replace in-person or direct contact with a steward. Use of this feature is voluntary and provided as a convenience to our members.
